Bodensee-Radweg, Stage 2/8

The long lake promenade goes down to Nussdorf from the “lakeside garden town”. Past Birnau Monastery, you reach Uhldingen, known for its pile dwelling museum. Meersburg with its Mediterranean ambience is one of the most visited towns in south Germany. Then it is vineyards with wine tasting opportunities, as far as the eye can see. Apple orchards come into view near Immenstaad. The destination for this stage is Friedrichshafen, the Zeppelin town on Lake Constance.
