The Appenzeller Heilbad in Grub AR, Switzerland, is a thermal bath and wellness facility built around its own mineral-rich spring water, used for over 300 years.     No, the minimum age for access to the sauna landscape is 16 years.
  • Are there free water gymnastics sessions?
    Yes, free water gymnastics is offered in the indoor pool from Monday to Friday at 10:00 and 15:00, without prior registration.

    Bringing your own snacks and non-alcoholic drinks is only allowed in the sauna and bath garden. Glass bottles and fragile containers are prohibited throughout the facility.
