Tschiertschen

Tschiertschen is a ski and winter sports area in the Tschiertschen-Praden holiday region in the Schanfigg valley of the Swiss canton of Graubünden. The ski area offers natural snow pistes away from the crowds, served by chairlifts, as well as a natural freestyle offering in the Natural Snowpark. Around Tschiertschen there are also numerous freeride slopes, winter hiking trails, snowshoe tours and a sledging run.

The Schneesportschule Tschiertschen offers ski and snowboard courses for small children, beginners and advanced skiers in a family atmosphere. For the youngest guests, a magic carpet and a Pinnocchio lift are available for practice next to the ice field. Children up to and including 9 years of age ride free in the Tschiertschen ski area when accompanied by a paying guest.

Food and drinks

Mountain houses and restaurants in the Tschiertschen area offer culinary highlights and relaxation, with sun terraces and cosy Stübli. In the mountain huts, fine Graubünden specialities and warming drinks are served for refreshment along the way.

Ski tickets for the Bergbahnen Tschiertschen can be bought on site at the valley station or at the parking lot at the entrance to the village, or online via Ticketcorner. Online purchases benefit from dynamic pricing with discounts of up to 30% off the regular price, depending on how far in advance the ticket is bought. Children up to and including 9 years of age ride free in the ski area when accompanied by a paying guest. Discounts cannot be combined.
