Skilifte Alpsteinblick Gonten

The Skilifte Alpsteinblick in Gonten, Switzerland, are a small family-oriented ski area at the foot of the Alpstein. Two parallel ski lifts serve wide, obstacle-free blue pistes, complemented by the Bollisweid practice lift for beginners and children. The area is served by the Skischule Gonten and includes restaurants at the valley and mountain stations.
Families and Kids
The Bollisweid practice lift gives beginners an easy introduction to winter sports, whether skiing or sledging, with gentle towing and help for the youngest at the entry. On the gently sloping terrain children can make their first ski attempts, and a fun area with figures, goals and other obstacles is set up especially for them. The wide, obstacle-free blue pistes and child-friendly lift speed make the area well suited to families.
Food and drinks
At the valley station, the Restaurant Alpsteinblick offers warm seating for around 90 people plus a terrace in fine weather, serving simple dishes such as French fries, hot dogs, schnitzel bread, barley soup and grilled sausages. The Restaurant Hütten at the mountain station of the lifts has a sun terrace with views over the valley and is open during lift operation.
