Skilift Neusell

Skilift Neusell is a village ski lift in Biberegg near Rothenthurm in Switzerland. The ski area offers up to ten kilometres of varied, naturally undulating pistes with blue, red and black runs, as well as a sledging run, the Kabi lift, the SUBARU children's lift and a ski school.

The ski area has a SUBARU children's lift and a ski school in Rothenthurm. Children up to and including 5 years ski free when accompanied by a paying adult, and there is a special local children's rate.

Food and drinks

There are four restaurants around the ski area: Restaurant Neusell, Restaurant Teehüsli, Restaurant Beaver Creek and Restaurant Biberegg. The card deposit can also be used as a means of payment at the Teehüsli and Neusell restaurants.

Opening hours

Pistes are generally open daily from 09:00 to 16:30. The 2026/2027 season opening is on Saturday, 5 December 2026 (subject to change depending on snow).

Admission fees

The ski area aims to keep snow sports affordable, and short visits are worthwhile. Day and 4-hour tickets are available, with the 4-hour ticket valid for 4 hours from first entry. A point card can be loaded with any number of points (1 point = CHF 1, valid 2 years), with a CHF 5 deposit per card that is refunded on return and can also be used as payment in the Teehüsli and Neusell restaurants. Season cards are available with early-booking prices until 30 November and regular prices from 1 December, including transferable company season cards. Season card holders receive 20% off the day ticket at Hoch-Ybrig, and the Schneepass Zentralschweiz is also valid at the Neusell.
