Adelboden-Lenk

Adelboden-Lenk is a ski and bike region in the Bernese Oberland in Switzerland, spanning the municipalities of Adelboden, Lenk and Frutigen. The ski area comprises six sub-areas – the main Adelboden-Lenk area, Elsigen-Metsch, Betelberg, Engstligenalp, Silleren-Chuenisbärgli and Tschentenalp – with almost 200 kilometres of pistes and more than 60 lifts and cable cars. The region hosts the Audi FIS Ski World Cup at Chuenisbärgli and, in winter, also offers snowparks, funslopes, sledging runs and cross-country trails.
Families and Kids
Adelboden-Lenk is very family-oriented: the region has a children's adventure park in Elsigen-Metsch, the Stoss Children's World at Betelberg, the Vogellisi fun piste with eight elements between Hahnenmoos and Geils, and Globi's Fun Trail and racecourse on Engstligenalp. Children's ski schools operate in the sub-areas, and sledging is possible in the Tschenten Sledding Park, on VogellisiBerg, on Betelberg and in Elsigen-Metsch.
Food and drinks
The region has a dense network of mountain restaurants, ski huts and bars across its six sub-areas, from the panorama restaurant Sillerenbühl and the SchlemmerChalet on the Hahnenmoospass to the Berghotel Engstligenalp with its Fondue-Iglu and Raclettehütte. Many rustic piste bars and après-ski spots such as Ranger's Treff, Gran Masta Bar and Hul's Sagibar round off the offering. The Mountain Restaurant Tschentenalp serves regional specialities with a panoramic terrace and hosts brunch on selected Sundays.
